Do I need to know how to use Unity before purchasing?

Not really! I have beginner tutorials & guides available in the Discord community.

Can I use the avatar in Resonite?

Yes, but I cannot guarantee it will work out of the box.

Can I commission a texture from someone who doesn't own the product?

Yes, anyone can get the latest substance painter files here: mayufication.app

Substance Painter files can only be opened with version 8.3.1 (latest 2022 update) or higher.

Can I share or sell my own substance painter files for the avatar?

Yes, but only based on the substance painter files I created which mesh has none of the following: blendshapes, vertex groups & armature.

• Only Unity 2022 supported!
• This avatar requires the VRCFury avatar tool or it won't work!
• This avatar uses Poiyomi Toon Shader (depends on decals & UV tile discard), using any other shader might break features of the avatar.
• The FX Controller is optimized & complex, I'm not kidding! VRC controller parameters are used as Float type rather than their intended type, don't merge other controllers of assets without checking the Avatar Guides!

Purchasing the avatar grants you legal ownership of the product, and this ownership cannot be divided among several individuals or entities. The provision of a license key at the time of purchase serves to validate your ownership.

As a legal owner of the avatar, you are permitted to:

• Edit the avatar for personal use.
• Use the avatar for creating videos, streaming, renders & advertising products compatible with the avatar.
• Sell or create avatar commissions as long the client also legally owns the avatar (you can use discord server roles to authenticate ownership).
• Sell or distribute products created for the avatar, but none of the product files can be provided.
• Create VRChat public avatars.

It's prohibited to:

• Take credit for the avatar.
• Sell or distribute the product files, irrespective of any alterations made.
• Upload the product files to websites or applications where it can be accessed or shared.
• Upload or add the avatar to an account within an application where the account holder does not have legal ownership, irrespective of any alterations made.
• Sell or distribute kitbashes derived from the avatar.
• Use this avatar for commercial purposes, this includes the promotion of paid services, merchandise and paid media.
• Use this avatar in any form of dehumanization (racism, violence against someone, homophobia, etc.) or illegal/inappropriate acts.
• Undertaking any actions concerning the avatar that I have not explicitly authorized.
• Obtain the product files if you do not have legal ownership.
• Remove the credits located in the chest or expression menu for public VRChat avatars.

You comprehend and agree to the following:

• You must credit the creator of the product properly when using the avatar.
• The creator of this product reserves the rights to keep the credits of the avatar in anything and anyway that it is used for. However, I am not responsible for any inappropriate uses of it.
• Should you breach the terms of service, you will forfeit legal ownership to the avatar and will not receive a refund.
• You are required to contact the creator of the product for permission if you intend to engage in any activities not explicitly outlined in the Terms of Service.
