• This avatar uses Poiyomi Toon Shader (depends on decals & UV tile discard), using any other shader might break features of the avatar.
• This avatar will continue receiving updates to be up-to-date with VRChat.
• The FX Controller is optimized & complex, I'm not kidding! VRC controller parameters are used as Float type rather than their intended type, don't merge other controllers of assets without checking the Avatar Guides!

Yes, but I cannot guarantee it will work out of the box.

TERMS OF SERVICE

You may not:

• Sell, distribute or share the files of the avatar/product to those who do not have legal ownership of the avatar/product, regardless of any modifications to it.
• Upload any of the files of the avatar/product to other websites or applications where it can be accessed or shared.
• Upload or add the avatar to an account within an application where the account holder does not have legal ownership of the avatar/product, regardless of any modifications to it.
• Use this avatar/product for commercial purposes. This includes the promotion of paid services, merchandise and paid media that utilizes the assets of the avatar/product.
• Use this avatar/product in any form of dehumanization (racism, violence against someone, homophobia, etc.) or illegal/inappropriate acts.
• Remove the credits located in the chest or expression menu for public VRChat avatars.
• Take credit for the avatar/product.
• Proceed to do anything that I do not authorize to do that relates to the avatar/product in anyway.

You may:

• Edit the avatar/product for personal use.
• Use the avatar for creating videos, streaming, renders & advertising products made for the avatar.
• Sell or create avatar commissions as long as both you and the client legally own the avatar/product (you can use discord server roles to authenticate ownership).
• Sell or share products created for the avatar, but none of the avatar/product files can be provided.
