TERMS OF SERVICE

You may:

• Edit the model for personal use.
• Use the model for creating videos, streaming, renders & advertising products made for the avatar.
• Create VRChat public avatars.
• Sell avatar commissions as long as both you and the client legally own the avatar (you can use discord server roles to authenticate ownership).
• Sell products you created for the avatar, but none of the avatar files can be provided.

You may not:

• Take credit for the avatar.
• Remove the credits located in the chest or expression menu from the avatar for public avatars.
• Use this avatar for commercial purposes. This includes the promotion of paid services, merchandise and paid media that utilizes the assets of the product.
• Upload any of the files of the avatar to other websites or applications where it can be publicly accessible or shared.
• Distribute the files of the avatar to people who do not legally own the avatar, even if it is modified.
• Sell any of the files of the avatar, even if it is modified.
• Use this avatar in any form of dehumanization (racism, violence against someone, homophobia, etc.) or illegal/inappropriate acts.
• Proceed to do anything that I do not authorize to do that relates to the avatar in anyway.

You understand and agree that:

• I reserve the rights to keep the credits of the model in anything and anyway that it is used for. However, I am not responsible for any inappropriate uses of it.
• You will lose access to the product without a refund if you break terms of service.
• You must contact me for permission if you are doing anything that it is not mentioned / not clarified in the Terms of Service or that you are in doubt about it.
• I am not responsible for any misuse of the model.
